- DVD/VHS & 36" Plasma TV £14.65 per day (can also accept input from a PC/Laptop)
- Overhead Projector & Screen £4.25 per day
- Flipchart - Free (but we reserve right to charge for pens not returned).

- The building is suitable for all type of disability with a lift to all floors.
- Toilet facilities are on the ground and first floor.
- Disabled toilets are on the ground and first floor.
- Baby changing facilities are on the ground floor

Tea, coffee and other catering can be supplied from arrival to departure for conference facility users.
