What will I learn?
Our Skills Bootcamps align with the Care Certificate requirements, covering essential topics such as dementia care, person-centered care, COSHH, safeguarding, moving & handling, food hygiene, equality & diversity, first aid, mental health awareness, nutrition, and data confidentiality. You will find out what it is like to work in the sector, the wide range of job opportunities available and you will meet employers.

Who is it for?
This skills Bootcamp is aimed at people wanting to learn new skills and secure a leadership & management role. Backed by local employers, all participants will take part in a guaranteed interview.

Course Information:
The course includes the opportunity to study for ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Managment, valued by employers and includes a year's ILM membership.
