This is a group that exists to support all adults who are caring for someone. Here you will find support and routes for help through shared experiences - every carer is welcome. For more information please contact us in the first instance and we will forward this to the relevant person. WEDNESDAY - First Friends Toddler Group

Event suitable for children 0-4. Activities are available for older siblings. FREE but please buy something from the Coffee Shop. Although there will be staff in the room, children need to be supervised by their parent/carer. No need to book - just turn up. Smaller cakes for children will be available. WEDNESDAY - The Girls' Brigade.
Girls aged 5-16 The Girls’ Brigade is a nationally recognised body. Their motto is to “Seek, Serve & Follow Christ”. To find out more, please contact us. THURSDAY - ReConnect is for those young at heart but older in years. They meet from 1030-12 on Thursdays during term time. No need to book just turn up on the day.

THURSDAY - RENEW WELLBEING EASTLEIGH is open to everyone and all ages. They meet on Thursdays from 10am-12.30pm. No need to book just turn up on the day. This is a group where you can do what you would like whilst enjoying the company of others (or not). There will be staff available to chat. Bring your own activity, book, newspaper or whatever you like or join in with one of the activities on the day.
THURSDAY - Lunch at 12.30
Join us for a community Lunch at 12.30 on Thursdays from 22nd February. You will be served a 1 course, freshly made on the premises, hot meal for only £6.95 per person. All meals are GF and a vegetarian option will be available. You can either sit at a table with a few friends or join a large table with others who have come to enjoy some company. No booking necessary - subject to availability we have 20 seats available. Drinks and cake available to purchase on the day. Menu: 25th April: Corned beef hash/ Leek and potato hash, served with baked beans and a fried egg. 2nd May: Creamy Tuscan chicken pasta/ creamy Tuscan spinach and tomato pasta, served with salad and garlic bread. 9th May: Toad in the hole/ vegetarian sausage toad in the hole, served with mash potato and veg. 16th May: Ham and caramelised onion frittata /spinach and ricotta frittata, served with crispy potatoes and coleslaw. THURSDAY - Recovery Stop.
A volunteer led recovery group open on a Thursday evening 7pm/9pm trying to help others by sharing their own experiences of recovering from Alcohol and Drug addiction. They are not professionals, just people with a passion to give something back. For information please search 'Recovery Stop' on FB. FRIDAY - Puzzle Cafe. Come and join our Coffee Shop team for some company and to complete our community puzzle on Fridays from 10am-2pm. Free event but please buy something from our Coffee Shop. No need to book.
FRIDAY - Butterflies Bereavement Support.
Community Led Group meets every other Friday at Wells Place Centre. Their drop-in groups are suitable for anyone suffering from grief or loss. You don't need to register or pre-book, simply turn up on the day. This can be done in combination with our counselling service, or on it's own.
