Welcome to Wells Place Centre -
a friendly and affordable room hire venue for your conference, meeting, community group gathering or family event. We are based in Eastleigh in Hampshire which lies between Winchester and Southampton with easy access from the M3, M27 and Southampton airport and within easy walking distance from Eastleigh train station. We also have an excellent coffee shop on site that provides breakfast, homemade cakes and freshly prepared lunches as well as a variety of drinks and snacks. We would love to hear from you either via our Contact Us form or call us on 023 8061 3210 during normal office hours. Whatever your event needs, we will do our best to meet them. Free one hour parking after 3pm in Market Street and High Street between 3pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You must still display a ticket in your vehicle. Free evening parking Free parking from 6pm-7am in the Swan Centre car park only. If using the rooftop car park you will need to validate your ticket at a paystation before leaving the car park. |
