Welcome to Wells Place Centre
a friendly and affordable room hire venue for your conference, meeting, community group gathering or family event. We are based in Eastleigh in Hampshire which lies between Winchester and Southampton with easy access from the M3, M27 and Southampton airport and within easy walking distance from Eastleigh train station. We also have an excellent coffee shop on site that provides homemade cakes and lunches as well as a variety of drinks and snacks.
