Welcome to Wells Place Centre
a friendly and affordable room hire venue for your conference, meeting, community group gathering or family event. We are based in Eastleigh in Hampshire which lies between Winchester and Southampton with easy access from the M3, M27 and Southampton airport and within easy walking distance from Eastleigh train station. We also have an excellent coffee shop on site that provides homemade cakes and lunches as well as a variety of drinks and snacks. We would love to hear from you either via our Contact Us form or call us on 023 8061 3210 during normal office hours. Whatever your event needs, we will do our best to meet them. Please note: Although we would love to see you and welcome you to Wells Place, we politely request that you do not enter our building if you, or anyone in your household, is suffering from COVID19 symptoms.
