With effect from 1st May 2017 Wells Place Centre are increasing their prices. If you have been booking with us for some time you will be aware that we have not increased our prices for over 2 and a half years despite the inflationary increases in the costs of the goods and services we use to run the centre.
As you may be aware, we are a Community Interest Company (CIC) and, as such, we aim to provide affordable room hire to those in the local community and beyond. We are a not for profit organisation and any profit we do make is therefore either re-invested in our building or gifted to Eastleigh Baptist Church, who own us, to use for charitable purposes. However, in order to maintain the level of service we provide to you, it is necessary to increase all our prices (room hire, food and drinks) for all meetings / events due to occur from 1st May onwards. If you already have a booking post 1st May and would like an update on the cost, please use the price list on our website. Alternatively, please call either Gill Wilton or Sian Whiffin and we will be happy to do this for you.
