If you have been booking with us for some time you will be aware that we have not increased our prices for 18 months despite the inflationary increases in the costs of the goods and services we use to run the centre.
As you may be aware, we are a Community Interest Company (CIC) and, as such, we aim to provide affordable room hire to those in the local community and beyond. We are a not for profit organisation and any profit we do make is therefore either re-invested in our building or gifted to Eastleigh Baptist Church, who own us, to use for charitable purposes. However, in order to maintain the level of service we provide to you, it is necessary to increase all our prices (room hire, food and drinks) by a small amount for all meetings / events due to occur from 1st October onwards.
All prices on our website now reflect the increase at 1st October. A full price list can be viewed here.
